Victor Osimhen’s agent has dismissed rumors of potential problems regarding a new Napoli contract for his client, calling them ‘fake news’.
Osimhen’s representative Roberto Calenda has publicly slammed the media suggesting his client is unwilling to sign a new contract with the Scudetto winners.
Osimhen played a key role in Napoli’s title win last season and, with two years to go on his current contract, the Neapolitans are keen to secure his future, with several top European clubs interested in him.
Calenda took to Twitter to dismiss a report fromIl Mattino, a Naples-based newspaper, which suggested the Nigerian international may still be looking for a way out, calling it ‘fake news’.
