Eintracht Frankfurt, the hit of the end of summer! It’s quite simple, since its inaugural defeat against Borussia Dortmund in August, the German team has not tasted defeat and has been crushing its competitors one by one. After Wolfsburg last week, it was Borussia Mönchengladbach who paid the price this Saturday, on the occasion of the 4th day of the Bundesliga.

Despite a huge miss – anecdotal – by Ekitike when the goal was wide open for him (24th), his teammate Larsson made the Eagles’ domination concrete by breaking the deadlock in the 30th minute of the game (1-0). Continuing their momentum, Frankfurt doubled the lead via their other strong man, Marmoush, at the end of the game (2-0, 80th). With this third success in four games, Eintracht is preparing in the best possible way for the reception of Plzen in the Europa League (Thursday, 9 p.m.) and invites itself onto the podium. Opposite, M’Gladbach is no longer advancing, stuck in 14th place in the standings.
