This summer, Atlético de Madrid put no less than €95 million on the table to snatch Julian Alvarez from Manchester City. But while the Colchoneros fans were expecting to see the Argentinian make a splash under Diego Simeone, the Spider has still not found the back of the net. Called up to the national team, Alvarez took stock.
“I’ve only been training for a few weeks, but little by little I’m understanding what Simeone wants and what the team expects from me. I’m adapting, they’ve helped me a lot. All the coaches have their own characteristics and I try to make my contribution to each team.”he confided.
