The clash of the third day of Ligue 1, between two teams victorious in their first two league outings of the season, the match between Monaco and Lens, this Sunday at the Stade Louis-II, unfortunately resulted in a mouse: a 1-1 draw, almost fortunate, as it was not a given that there would be any goals in the Principality today.
Like the unfortunate Balogun, lacking inspiration certainly but also and above all hardly helped by the state of the pitch, the attackers concerned did not have a say in this match played under a blazing sun. The multiple false bounces and approximate trajectories of the ball made the game illegible, and often poor. Without much relief.
