After deciding to leave Bayern Munich, Kingsley Coman (28 years old) has been the subject of concrete interest from Al-Hilal. Yes, but if the Saudi team is determined to get the French international, it will have to face competition from Arsenal and especially sell a foreign player before hoping to finalize the deal. Indeed, with nine foreign players (Bono, Koulibaly, Renan Lodi, Cancelo, Neves, Milinkovic-Savic, Neymar, Malcom and Mitrovic), Al-Hilal has too many non-EU players in its squad for this season.
While the Saudi league allows eight foreign players for the championship, Al-Hilal is, for the moment, not worried, a direct consequence of Neymar’s injury. However, if Coman arrives, the Saudi club will find itself in a delicate situation. From then on and to avoid being blocked, Al-Hilal is looking to sell and would like, as such, to part with Renan Lodi. Despite interest mentioned in Turkey (Fenerbahçe and Besiktas), the former Marseille player has, however, not yet left, while the Saudi transfer window will close its doors this Monday.
