If Barça, as usual at the end of the transfer window, has all the trouble in the world to register its recruits on the lists of the Liga (Dani Olmo knows something about it), the Catalan club remains no less insatiable on the transfer market. And the club chaired by Joan Laporta dreams of making one or two big moves by Friday evening.

According to our information, the Blaugrana club has made inquiries about Mohamed Sikaman (24 years old), the international U20 defender from RB Leipzig, capable of playing both as a right-back and in the centre of defence. If the FCB has validated the player’s profile, this lead looks more than complicated to complete since the German club is demanding no less than €50 million to release the former Strasbourg player, under contract with the RBL until June 2027. Enough to calm the ardour of the emblematic Spanish club which has finances that are, to say the least, drained at the end of the 2024 summer transfer window.
