Paris Saint-Germain are ready to offer Xavi Simons to Tottenham in an attempt to sign Harry Kane this summer.

PSG are ready to re-sign Xavi Simons from PSV, just a season after the player joined the Dutch club after activating a buyout clause in his contract.

Big trade in sight

With talk of Paris sending the midfielder out on loan next season, Gianluca Di Marzio reports that the French club could consider including Simons in a bid to sign Harry Kane from Tottenham on a hefty transfer fee.

Bayern Munich are currently the favorites to get the England captain. The club’s honorary chairman, Uli Hoeness, has confidently said that the club will make sure to sign Kane this summer. However, PSG also seem determined to bring the Tottenham star to Paris.

The English side have always maintained that Kane is not for sale this season, despite his contract expiring in 2024.
