Hoffenheim breaks the bank for Adam Hložek

Sentenced to a substitute role under Xabi Alonso last season, Adam Hložek will not stay long at Leverkusen. This Saturday, the Czech international signed with Hoffenheim until 2028. His transfer should bring in 20 million euros including bonuses to the German champions, who had paid 13 two years ago to poach him from Sparta Prague.

“Bundesliga football team TSG Hoffenheim continues its squad planning and signs striker Adam Hlozek. The 22-year-old Czech international comes to Kraichgau from reigning German champions and cup winners Bayer 04 Leverkusen and signs a long-term contract with TSG“, says the Hoffenheim press release.
