Thunderous start to PSG?

If the PSG continues to activate to strengthen its workforce, a Parisian defense executive would have desires elsewhere.

PSG does not intend to stop there. The champions of France have already welcomed six new recruits. And after Milan Skriniar, Lucas Hernandez, Marco Asensio, Manuel Ugarte, Lee Kang-In and Cher Ndour, the capital club is expecting at least two new players: a top striker and a right winger. Several departures from players who have become undesirable are also on the right track since Mauro Icardi, Leandro Paredes and Keylor Navas are close to finding a base.

But according to the specialized site Football Insider, another departure could take shape, that of Achraf Hakimi towards Manchester City. The European champions are indeed preparing for the departure of Kyle Walker, in advanced contact with Bayern Munich, and the Moroccan international is one of the priority targets of Pep Guardiola, who appreciates his volume of play in the right lane. So much so that the Citizens would be ready to break the bank for the former Madrid player.

As for the player, he would not be insensitive to the interest of the Mancunian club. Quite the contrary. After playing in La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A and Ligue 1, the native of Madrid would be tempted by a new adventure in the Premier League and the prospect of playing under the orders of Pep Guardiola would also thrill him.

Achraf Hakimi is nevertheless under contract until June 2026 and convincing PSG to let go of his right side will not be easy for Manchester City.
