AS Monaco punishes Barça
For the final preparation match, ASM beat FC Barcelona this Monday evening at the Olympic stadium.

Thanks to Lamine Camara (50e), Breel Embolo (57e) and Christian Mawissa (86e), the Monegasques won 0-3, against a Blaugrana team clearly not ready to resume La Liga this weekend against Valencia.

After a mixed summer in terms of friendly results (three losses, two draws and two wins), Adi Hutter’s men ended on a good note, five days before the resumption of the championship and the reception of ASSE at Louis-II.

It is worth noting that Barça had not lost the Gamper Trophy – a prestigious friendly match to open the new season – since 2012.
