Liverpool put Alisson in the cellar!
English club Liverpool do not seem to be counting too much on their Brazilian goalkeeper, Alisson.

After having kept their faith in him for six years without interruption, Liverpool plan to turn their back on Alisson this summer. The Brazilian goalkeeper would no longer be the number 1 choice of the technical staff.

Valencia’s last bulwark Giorgi Mamardashvili is reportedly set to join Anfield this summer. The Georgian goalkeeper is one of the most sought-after players in his position after an impressive Euro 2024 campaign. According to Cope Valencia, the Reds see him as the ideal successor to Alisson.

He could be recruited this summer in order to learn from the Auriverde international for a year and gradually discover English football.

Valencia appreciates Mamardashvili, but would agree to sell him for a sum between 35 and 40 million euros. An amount that is unlikely to discourage the powerful English clubs.
