The Merengue club will try to recruit a third player again this summer, after the arrival of Endrick Felipe and Kylian Mbappé.

Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti has told the world that transfer speculation is no longer of much use during the pre-season tour in the United States, saying the squad is sealed and there will be no further additions. However, Real Madrid will once again try to sign a third player this summer, following the arrivals of Endrick Felipe and Kylian Mbappe.

According to Relevo, Real Madrid will give Bayern Munich a decision to make before the end of the transfer window regarding Alphonso Davies. The Canadian left-back is out of contract next summer, and it seems that he will see out his contract and sign for free at Real Madrid, although Bayern will try to change his mind.

One last big hit this summer

Los Blancos intend to make one final offer for Davies, likely in the final days of the transfer window, to see if they can tempt the Bavarian giants to accept the money. Real Madrid still have no intention of coming close to the €50m that Bayern are asking for Davies, but with Ferland Mendy and Fran Garcia on the cards, there is no need to worry if the deal falls through. Another factor working against Real Madrid is that Hiroki Ito, who can play at left-back, is out for a long time.

Real have nothing to lose by making a late bid for Davies, and if they do end up getting the 23-year-old on the cheap it will look like a coup, and give the club a boost heading into the season. Bayern have been stubborn in their pursuit of Davies so far, however, which would require a change in strategy on their part.
