While the Olympique de Marseille transfer window is somewhat on hold while waiting for future recruits in the squad coached by Roberto De Zerbi, the club continues to be active behind the scenes. Not so much to sign staff members or footballers, but to consolidate some of its most lucrative and important partnerships.
OM announced on Tuesday the renewal of its deal with rapper JuL, whose label “D’Or et de Platine” (D&P) has been a partner and jersey sponsor of the Marseille club for two years. The Marseille artist, who never hesitates to make references to his favorite team in the lyrics of his songs.
Pablo Longoria welcomes new deal
On the Olympique de Marseille side, president Pablo Longoria welcomed the agreement reached with the author of “Tchikita” and driving force behind the “Bande Organisée” project.
“We are pleased to renew this unique collaboration with a Marseille icon who proves how attached OM is to the identity of Marseille. JuL’s support through its label allows us to consolidate the bond that unites us with our community and to continue to affirm our territorial roots.”
The rapper also welcomed the continuation of what is for him a ” dream “while being proud of
