Arriving at Manchester City in 2017, Ederson has won everything with the Cityzens. 17 titles won, including six Premier League (2018, 2019, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024), a Champions League (2023) and a Club World Cup (2023) which make the Brazilian goalkeeper one of the legends of Manchester City under Guardiola. But after seven years of happiness, the Brazilian seems to have his head towards a new destination and in particular towards Saudi Arabia, who would like to get him back.

Faced with these rumors and a supposed disagreement with his replacement, Stefan Ortega, since his injury at the end of the season, Ederson has broken his silence: “I want to clarify that the article referring to my alleged dissatisfaction with a work colleague is completely false (…) At the time of the injury, my only thought was to continue the game, to defend City in their attempt to win the title. The reality is that, fatally, I could not continue as I would have liked due to the damage it caused, completely blocking my field of vision. I am still focused on preparing for the season.”explained the 30-year-old goalkeeper, who has decided to stay at City.
