Courted since last summer by Manchester United, Jarrad Branthwaite is still an Everton player at the moment. Toffees have turned down an offer of £50m (€60m) for the 22-year-old Englishman this summer. The Goodison Park club, who value him at £70m (€83m), are hoping to extend his contract. But according to the Daily Mailthe central defender, under contract until 2027, does not wish to extend his adventure here, for the moment.

The English media reports that Branthwaite has twice refused to sign any extension. He wants Everton to match the salary offered by Manchester United. In any case, he clearly no longer fits into the plans of the Red Devilswho have already completed the arrival of Leny Yoro and hope to follow up with that of Matthijs de Ligt.
