Entering in the 80th minute of the match between the France team and Luxembourg, Olivier Giroud participated in the French success. But the new Los Angeles FC player also broke a record on the occasion of his 132nd selection.

At 37 years and 249 days, the former AC Milan striker and top scorer in the history of the Blues became the oldest player to be selected for the French team, thus erasing the previous record held by the Rennais Steve Mandanda.
