For the first time Vladimir Petkovic replaces Djamel Belmadi, Algeria hosts Bolivia in Algiers this Friday evening (10 p.m.). The meeting can be followed live on the internet.

Two months after the new disillusionment of the Algerian team at the African Cup of Nations in Ivory Coast, which put an end to Djamel Belmadi's adventure at the head of the Greens, the selection now led by Vladimir Petkovic faces Bolivia on Friday evening (kick-off at 10 p.m.) at the Nelson Mandela Stadium, in the suburbs of Algiers.

In France, the L'Equipe group has the rights to international friendly matches, particularly those of Algerians. Algeria-Bolivia is not broadcast by the L'Equipe channel (a free channel), but on its “live 7”, a channel accessible by subscribing to the media. In Algeria, the meeting will be followed on TV6.

Mahrez absent

Several players from Ligue 1 and Ligue 2 are obviously in the group: Anthony Mandrea, Kevin Van Den Kerkhof (known as Guitoun in selection), Himad Abdelli, Nabil Bentaleb, Hicham Boudaoui, Saïd Benrahma and Amine Gouiri. Riyad Mahrez and Islam Slimani were not called up, but Yacine Brahimi (34) is there.

Still within the framework of the Fifa Series, a new competition of friendly matches organized by the international body around the world, Algeria will continue with a meeting against South Africa, next Tuesday, in the same stadium.
