A heart problem is suspected in a Barça player.
Last weekend in La Liga, FC Barcelona struck a big blow by crushing Atlético Madrid (0-3). A meeting in which Joao Cancelo did not take part due to an injury, the nature of which has not been revealed.
According to RAC1, Joao Cancelo was forced to forfeit against the Colchoneros on medical advice. Indeed, the Barcelona staff would have decided not to take any risks with the Portuguese international, one of whose close friends would suffer from a heart problem.
The former Citizen should therefore undergo further examinations to determine whether this heart problem is hereditary or not. In the meantime, the player could no longer appear on the match sheets.
