Manchester City's 115 FFP charges were mentioned in a hilarious tweet from Dominos Pizza, following Monday's decision against Nottingham Forest.
The Premier League handed Nottingham Forest a four-point deduction on Monday for breaching the league's Profit and Sustainability Rules (PSR). Manchester City, meanwhile, are currently under investigation for 115 alleged breaches of Financial Fair Play (FFP) rules over nine seasons.
The fact that Forest, as well as Everton, were quickly sanctioned while City remained untouchable sparked widespread criticism across English football.
In order to brilliantly respond to this burning news, the famous pizza chain Domino's wrote deliciously about X: “Unlike the Premier League points deductions, we deliver at the Etihad.”
Following his suspension, Forest are now under very serious threat of relegation to the Premier League. The club have fallen to 18th place and are now one point from safety. Everton, meanwhile, are 16th but are just four points from going down, but have a game in hand than their rivals.
