Samir Nasri recognizes the talent of Antoine Griezmann, but believes that other players have had more impact on the history of French football.

Antoine Griezmann has one of the most remarkable records in French football. Winner of the World Cup, the Nations League, the European Super Cup and the Europa League, he left his mark on the history of French football.

However, for Samir Nasri, former French international, Griezmann is not among the five best players in the country’s history.

Griezmann doesn’t have a Ballon d’Or

The former OM, Arsenal and Manchester City player spoke clearly on Canal+: “Not in the top 5. Top 10.”

“For me, Zidane, Platini, Henry… There are others that I can put. Raymond Kopa, even if I haven’t seen him play. The fact that he won a Ballon d’Or, the Champions League, puts him above. Benzema, who has a Ballon d’Or, is also above,” he explains.
