This summer will mark the end of the Jürgen Klopp era at Liverpool. After nine years of good and loyal service, the German technician has decided to give up his apron. If a trend seemed to be emerging with Xabi Alonso as the big favorite to succeed him (Bayern is also following the file closely), two other names are emerging in recent days.
As reported The Telegraph, Liverpool would also target Ruben Amorim, under contract with Sporting until 2026. For two seasons, the former Portuguese international has established himself as one of the most fashionable coaches on the continent, notably winning the Portuguese championship in 2021. Julian Nagelsmann, whose contract at the head of the German selection will expire after the Euro, is also cited to take over.
