Asian Cup: Qatar crowned with three penalties

For the second consecutive edition, Qatar won the Asian Cup this Saturday at home.

In the final against Jordan, who had never before been invited to this stage of the competition, the Qataris won 3-1.

Three penalties allowed the local selection to make the difference – all transformed by Afif (22e73e90e+5). Al Naimat having a time replied for the Jordanians (67e).

On the list of winners of the continental tournament, with two coronations on the clock, Qatar joins South Korea. Only Iran (3), Saudi Arabia (3) and Japan (4) did better.
