This winter, Tottenham played a nasty trick on FC Barcelona. Very greedy agents
How did Barça manage to see this promised recruit escape them? The higher sum paid by Spurs does not explain everything, even if the Spaniards did not want to enter into the bidding war. Sport reveals that it is the Swede’s agents who are mainly at the origin of the hiccup. They therefore asked Barça to double their commission. And that’s not all. They also demanded the integration of Bergvall into the first team.
Demands which cooled Barça which had not planned to make financial splurges for the Swede nor to include him now in the professional group while a future in team B was reserved for him. In the end, faced with this turnaround, Barça believes that Bergvall and his clan mainly used his name to increase his price.
