Sunday evening during PSG-Brest at the Parc des Princes, Lucas Hernandez received a third warning in his last six matches and will be suspended for the next round of 16 of the Coupe de France against the same Brestois.

Spared during PSG’s two previous Coupe de France matches against Revel (0-9) then Orléans (1-4), Lucas Hernandez will also not play in the round of 16 of the Coupe de France against Stade Brestois, on Wednesday 7 next February at the Parc des Princes.

The French international mowed down Hugo Magnetti and received a warning in the 25th minute of the match against the same Finistère team, Sunday evening in Ligue 1 (19th day). He is therefore automatically suspended after this third warning received over a period of 10 matches. He will nevertheless be available for next Friday’s match against Strasbourg.

Note that the player recruited from Bayern for 45 million euros plays as a central hinge alongside Danilo Pereira. It is Lucas Beraldo who is positioned on the left side.
