Appearing 269 times with the Rouge et Bleu for 45 goals scored, the Argentine midfielder has certainly distanced himself from the reigning French champion since 2018 but nonetheless has fond memories of it. So, he does not hesitate to make a detour to Paris to visit his former teammates or to make his son’s dream come true, wanting to meet his idol Kylian Mbappé. Like father, like son.
“My son is crazy about Mbappé so I asked the club so he could meet him and it was an exceptional moment. I realized what a powerful moment it was for a child to see such a star and how important it is. He sees the football player as a superhero while we are normal beings with a very nice job”he conceded during an interview with Prime Video.
