Bayern Munich are reaching goal in their quest for a full-back. After having briefly examined the options Kieran Trippier (Newcastle) and Nordi Mukiele (PSG), the reigning German champion turned to Sacha Boey, very successful with Galatasaray this season. The day before, we mentioned that discussions had started between the two camps.
Determined to offer the services of the 23-year-old player, Bayern Munich made a first proposal worth €15 million, refused by the Turkish team which asked for more. Eventually, Sky Sports informs us that the German team has managed to reach an agreement with the Istanbul club after improving its departure offer. According to the German media, the transaction is estimated at €29 million including bonus and the former Rennais is expected on Saturday morning in Bavaria to undergo the traditional visit before making a long-term commitment, i.e. until 2029.
