Eintracht Frankfurt seems to appreciate French football. After having tried for the first time to afford the services of Hugo Ekitike, the German club continues to prospect and has managed to complete a file in Ligue 2. In fact, the current sixth in the Bundesliga has just announced the arrival French attacking midfielder Jean-Mattéo Bahoya from Angers SCO against 13 million euros (including 4.5 as a bonus). He is committed there until June 2029 and will wear number 19.
In the press release announcing his signing, sporting director Markus Krösche did not hide his joy at the arrival of the 18-year-old: “Jean-Mattéo Bahoya is among the most promising talents in France and ideally matches our profile of requirements. Thanks to his speed and his propensity to score, he will enrich our offensive game. In Ligue 2, the native of Montfermeil has already scored 5 goals and provided 2 assists in 19 appearances.
