Cristiano Ronaldo’s Al-Nassr club are set to do Manchester United a big favor by signing Casemiro and Aaron Wan-Bissaka, two unwanted stars from the Old Trafford club.
Man Utd have struggled to downsize in recent seasons, but the emergence of the Saudi Pro League has opened the door to new possibilities in the transfer market. THE Daily Mayt report that the Red Devils could make room in their squad by getting rid of Casemiro, whose form has dipped this season, and Wan-Bissaka, who has struggled to play regularly in front of Diogo Dalot at Old Trafford.
Wan-Bissaka is contracted to Man Utd until 2025 after the Old Trafford club triggered his option for a further year on his lease, but Crystal Palace and West Ham are monitoring his situation. But if the exit door is obvious for the former England U21 international, this is not the case for Casemiro, whose salary of around 440,000 euros per week will be difficult to give up given that he is under contract until ‘in 2026 and he will be 32 next month.
