Manchester United bought a private jet to take André Onana to the African Cup of Nations, but the goalkeeper still missed his appointment.
Onana was absent for Monday’s draw against Guinea, although United spent at least $100,000 on a private jet to fly the goalkeeper to Ivory Coast as late as possible, according to The Athletic. The goalkeeper flew out after the Premier League draw against Tottenham and was expected to play in Cameroon’s opening match, but was ultimately left out.
