Chilean international Arturo Vidal has denounced a problem with his compatriot Alexis Sanchez.
Returning to Inter Milan after a successful season at Olympique de Marseille, Alexis Sanchez has been forced to settle for a substitute role since the start of the season. A situation which worries his compatriot Arturo Vidal.
“I told him not to return to Italy but he is stubborn,” the Athletico Paranaense midfielder said on Twitch. “If you listen to me, Alexis, leave Inter, Inzaghi doesn’t want you.”
Vidal protests against Sanchez’s situation at Inter
The former Barça member is surprised by his compatriot’s choice to return to Inter. He does not understand how a player of the quality of Alexis Sanchez can be dismissed by Simone Inzaghi.
“How can Lautaro play instead of Alexis? », asks Vidal. “Martinez is a good striker but how can Sanchez not play at Inter? When does Mkhitaryan play and not Alexis? I really want to fuck myself up thinking about it. His teammates are not better but the coach doesn’t want that.”
The El Niño Maravilla situation is delicate. He is under contract with Inter until June 2024, but is unlikely to stay at the club if his situation does not improve.
