Real Madrid set a deadline for him to express his choice, but the Bondynois sticks to his position. He is still deep in thought and does not intend to hurry.

According to information from The Times, the PSG striker declined a pre-contract offer, which was submitted to him by the Merengue management. He wants to further explore a range of sporting and financial options – including a move to the Premier League – before deciding where he will play next season.

Bondy’s crack would also have let those around him know that it is not Real who will decide what happens next in his career. It’s himself and no one else. And that was the meaning of the speech he gave last Wednesday after the Champions Trophy.
This response is enough to chill Casa Blanca. The Spanish club has already suffered two rakes from the French star. A third would certainly lead them to turn their backs on him for good.
