The two Olympics currently have their sights set on the same attacker in order to strengthen their offensive sector.

OL and OM are currently studying the different reinforcement options for the second part of the season. And it turns out they might have at least two in common. One in midfield and the other in attack.

OM and OL under the spell of a young Algerian

For the midfielder, and as revealed a few days ago, the targeted element is the German Nadiem Amiri (Bayer Leverkusen). That being said, it would seem that the people of Rhone and the Phocaeans would not really work together on this issue.

On the other hand, as for the coveted attacker, the standoff would be important. The mysterious scorer is the Algerian international Mohamed Amine Amoura. According to Foot Mercato, OM have indeed joined the race to recruit the Union Saint-Gilloise gunner. Aged 23, Amoura has been playing in the Jupiler Pro League since last summer. With 13 goals, he is currently the top scorer in this championship behind Togolese Kevin Denkey.

AC Milan is also in the mix

Amoura has a very interesting profile. The only problem concerning him is that he risks being absent for a month during the winter period. Although suspended for the 1er match, he is one of the 25 Algerians summoned for the CAN in Ivory Coast. If they bet on him, Rhone or Marseille officials will probably have to wait until February to be able to use him.

Note that Amoura also has touches among our European neighbors. Wolverhampton and AC Milan are also said to be targeting the former Lugano player. It is rumored that the latter’s priority is to finish the season at his current club.
