A winter transfer window with a Brazilian accent. This is what awaits Parisian supporters in the coming days. With this in mind and as we revealed to you recently, the reigning French champions should quickly formalize the arrivals of Lucas Beraldo (São Paulo, 20 years old) and Gabriel Moscardo (Corinthians, 18 years old). The defender and the midfielder should also undergo their medical examination in the coming hours before joining the colors of the capital club. While PSG prepares a new surprise move with the probable arrival of a versatile full-back, another target of Luis Campos is, however, moving away from the French capital.
So, Mundo Deportivo claims, this Friday, that André Cury, the agent of Vitor Roque but also of a certain Estevao Willian, the 16-year-old Brazilian nugget more commonly known as Messinho, wants to meet Joan Laporta next week to discuss a possible agreement with the Barcelona club. An approach announced with the president of the Culers which therefore looks like a terrible snub for the other contenders in this matter, namely Manchester City, Arsenal, Manchester United, Chelsea and therefore PSG. And for good reason.
Messinho’s agent wants to take another hit at Roque!
Today in the colors of Palmeiras, until June 2026, the 1m76 right winger seems determined to join the Blaugranas. If he will only be able to wear the Catalan jersey from 2025, the year he turns 18, the native of Franca dreams of Barça and would now be ready to do anything to facilitate his arrival in Catalonia. With this in mind, the Spanish daily specifies that his agent is currently working on his future in order to propose an advantageous formula to Barça so that he can match the 60 million in his clause. As with the Vitor Roque operation at FCB – 30 million euros paid from the start and 31 million euros in variables to be paid later – André Cury, aware of the financial difficulties of the Catalan club, would thus like to force Palmeiras to accept payment conditions to finalize the Messinho file.
Taking into account the fact that the Auriverde nugget will not be able to arrive at Barça before July 2025, this maneuver would allow Barça to pay, initially, a derisory amount and thus leave time to assume the entire transfer subsequently. A big boost for the Blaugranas, especially at a time when the Super League could see the light of day in the coming months and thus definitely give some breathing space to Catalan finances. In the meantime, PSG and the other candidates only have to hope for one thing: a hiccup during the upcoming meeting between Joan Laporta and André Cury…
