“ If I think about it, I think I agreed to “Dancing with the Stars” so I wouldn’t have to think about anything else. I’m so busy dancing…, she confided to Italian television before the last broadcast. Also, it’s a beautiful thing because I always listen to different music. I have to stay focused, think about not hurting myself, not hurting my dancer…. So I don’t want to think because I trust my doctors in Argentina who are following me. »
Despite her faith in medicine, Wanda Nara has already made arrangements in case the illness takes her away. “ I always organize my whole life as if it were my last moment. I organized everything with my mother and my sister Zaira. The last chemotherapy was risky. During the fifth grade, I wrote down everything my children had to do until they were 21,” she explained.
Her five children are obviously her main concern. “ It’s my biggest fear. When I learned of my illness, I said to myself: “They are little, they need me”. That’s fear. That’s my only thought. I said to Mauro: ‘Swear to me this, swear to me that‘”, she added.
