Belgian striker Lois Openda may not last long at his German club Leipzig.
Lois Openda was transferred from Lens to Leipzig during the last summer transfer window. The flagship club of the energizing brand was supposed to constitute a new stage in the career of the Belgian player, but it may ultimately be that he only makes it short.
Openda released for 45 million euros?
The Liverpool Reds are interested in this talented striker. The Merseysiders even do everything to seduce the player and encourage him to join Anfield as quickly as possible. This is what Belgian journalist Sacha Tavolieri, transfer expert, reports.
For Openda, a transfer as early as January is unlikely. On the other hand, it is entirely possible that he moves during the next off-season despite a contract with Leipzig which runs until 2028. If a club presents itself with a check for 45 million euros, there will most certainly be a deal .
On this issue, Liverpool could face competition from Newcastle. A standoff could therefore be initiated between the two English teams.
