Manchester City led twice against Tottenham before conceding the equalizer in the 90th minute on Sunday at home, for a third draw in the Premier League!
As during the incredible 4-4 against Chelsea and during the winnerless clash against Liverpool (1-1), Manchester City failed to maintain its advantage at the end of the match when Tottenham (3-3) came, Sunday afternoon at the Etihad Stadium. A series of three drawn results which relegates Pep Guardiola’s team to third place in the standings, three lengths behind Arsenal, a leader who is taking a little lead.
The Spurs certainly opened the scoring through Son Heung-Min (6th), but the Cityzens quickly equalized, again through Son Heung-Min, but against his camp this time (9th), before taking the advantage at the half hour of play. Phil Foden concluded a superb collective movement (31st).
The second half ended up being just as spectacular: Giovani Lo Celso reset the scorers with a strike from outside the area (69th), Jack Grealish gave the Cityzens the lead again on a cross from Erling Haaland (81st) and Dejan Kulusevski finally scored the 4-4 goal with a header before added time (90th).
