This Saturday, the draw for Euro 2024 delivered its verdict. Just over six months before the opening match which will pit Germany, host of the competition, against Scotland at the Allianz Arena in Munich on June 14 (9:00 p.m.), the French team knows its opponents.

Qualified as top seed after a remarkable run during the qualifiers (7 wins, 1 draw in 8 matches), the French selection was not spared. Thus, the team led by Didier Deschamps will begin its European campaign with a fine duel against Austria (who defeated Germany in a friendly last November), on June 17 in Düsseldorf, before crossing swords with the Netherlands. Down four days later in Leipzig. Finally, the Blues will face the winner of the route A play-offs (Poland, Estonia, Wales, Finland) in Dortmund on June 25.

The Blues schedule

  • Match 1: France – Austria, June 17 in Düsseldorf
  • Match 2: France – Netherlands, June 21 in Leipzig
  • Match 3: France – Playoff A (Poland, Estonia, Finland, Wales), June 25 in Dortmund.
