It is this Saturday that the France team will be determined on the opponents they will challenge at UEFA Euro 2024 in Germany next summer. The draw for the group stage takes place in a few hours.

When and where will the Euro 2024 draw take place?

The draw for the group stage will take place on December 2, 2023 in Hamburg from 6 p.m. (French time). Supporters will then be able to plan and prepare for their trip across the Rhine, by having a clear idea of ​​the match schedule.

How does the draw take place?

Germany automatically qualified for the tournament as host country. Twenty other participants are already known, including the French team. Twelve other nations will compete for the last three places in the play-offs scheduled for March 2024.

Qualified teams are divided into four groups based on their overall ranking. Germany is in hat 1, as is France. The three winners of the play-offs, still unknown, will be in pot 4. One team from each group is then distributed into each of the six groups.
