UEFA has decided to fine PSG for the actions of its supporters during their home game against AC Milan in the Champions League.
Before losing on the San Siro pitch (2-1) on the sidelines of the international break, Paris Saint-Germain won against AC Milan at the Parc des Princes (3-0), in a very nice atmosphere. The Collectif Ultras Paris, gathered in the Auteuil corner, had notably deployed a sublime tifo in tribute to Jean-Paul Belmondo, one of the founding fathers of the club, at the entrance of the players.
A tifo accompanied by numerous smoke bombs, which obviously did not please UEFA. The authority thus imposed a fine of 98,000 euros on the capital club. In detail, PSG received a fine of 75,000 euros for cracked smoke bombs, 18,000 euros for blocked public passages and 5,000 due to intrusions on the pitch.
Note that AC Milan was also fined by UEFA, which imposed a fine of 23,000 euros on the Lombard team.
