A group of death for the Blues at the Euro?

Croatia, winner against Armenia on Tuesday, is the last nation qualified for Euro 2024 via the qualifiers and the four hats of the draw on December 2 are known. Italy finds itself in pot 4!

If the French team was already assured of being one of the top seeds in the draw for Euro 2024, next Saturday December 2 (6 p.m.), along with Germany (the host country), Portugal, Spain, Belgium and England, the very last evening of the qualifiers gave the 21st qualifier, Croatia, as well as the constitution of the four hats. The pots are in fact determined by the general ranking of the qualifications.

Hat 2 seems rather affordable, with Hungary, Turkey, Romania (who beat Switzerland 1-0 this Tuesday evening), Denmark, Albania and Austria (2-0 winner of Germany in friendly at the same time). In hat 3, we find the Netherlands and Croatia. Luka Modric’s Croatians only won 1-0 against Armenia, on a goal from Ante Budimir, but qualified for the European Championship and took the opportunity to appear in pot 3 of the draw .

The victory of the Croats thus sends Italy into pot 4 with Serbia and Switzerland! This hat is completed by the three dams of March (21 and 26). In path A, Poland hosts weak Estonia in the semi-finals, but Wales must wait for a draw on Thursday to find out their opponent (between Finland, Ukraine and Iceland). Israel and Bosnia are also waiting for their adversary (the same countries mentioned). In path C, we know the two posters: Georgia-Luxembourg and Greece-Kazakhstan.
