The young Brazilian international, Endrick, has expressed his preference between Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi.
Young Brazilian football hopeful Endrick (17) is preparing to join Ral Madrid next July when he comes of age. He has already made his professional debut with Palmeiras and has scored 12 goals in 50 matches.
In an interview with the Daily Mail, the Taguatinga star revealed that his dream since childhood was to play for the Madrid club. He also said he was a big fan of Cristiano Ronaldo, who wore the Blancos jersey for nine seasons.
“My dream since I was a child is to play for Real Madrid. Cristiano Ronaldo is my idol. Lionel Messi is a phenomenal guy! But I’m more of a fan of Cristiano. It is a great pride to know that I will soon wear the jersey he wore,” he said.
The Auriverde and the eight-time Ballon d’Or will also have the opportunity to cross swords this Wednesday, during the Brazil-Argentina clash, as part of the qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup.
