The Standard reports that Andrey Santos could return to Chelsea in January. Loaned for the 2023-2024 season to Nottingham Forrest, the Brazilian does not play. Yet excellent during the Blues pre-season where he stood out, we could imagine the former Vasco da Gama exploding in a club where he would undoubtedly have more playing time. But that’s all opposite. The 19-year-old has played just 96 minutes under Steve Cooper, who prefers more experienced men. It remains to be seen whether Andrey Santos will return to Chelsea to join the squad or if he will be sent to another team for the second part of the season.
