A former PSG player is currently in trouble because he is under investigation for illegal betting.

A new name has appeared on the register of people indicted by the Turin public prosecutor’s office in the betting affair. This is the former Paris SG full-back Alessandro Florenzi.

Florenzi caught in the cracks

The investigation by the Turin public prosecutor’s office into the betting affair continues. According to Agi Agenzia Italia, Florenzi is therefore also in the crosshairs. The current AC Milan player is one of the suspects.

Florenzi is the third player to find himself in the crosshairs of the Piedmontese brigade. Before him, Nicolò Zaniolo, former Roma player now at Aston Villa, Sandro Tonali, Newcastle player and Nicolò Fagioli, Juventus midfielder were also pinned.

For Alessandro Florenzi, the charge is the same as for Nicolò Zaniolo: abusive exercise of gaming or betting activities. In the coming days, the international azzurro will be heard at Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, where he will be questioned by prosecutor Manuela Pedrotta.
