Norwegian star Erling Haaland has still not digested his team’s poor performance against Chelsea.
Manchester City striker Erling Haaland still has the two points dropped by his team against Chelsea in the league in his throat.
Haaland demanding with his team
Last Sunday, the English champions drew 4-4 against the Blues while leading on three occasions. The last equalizing goal was conceded in stoppage time on a penalty when Rodri had just given them the advantage. A scenario that leaves Haaland with a lot of regrets.
“We had a tough fight, but I liked it. Often, when you score four goals, you win. But not this time. We had the chance to snatch victory, but it didn’t work. We must continue to work. Next time, we’re going to have to score five goals…”, confided the Scandinavian.
Despite the poor performance against the Pochettino gang, City remains leader of the Premier League. The reigning champion, however, is only one small point ahead of second-placed Liverpool.
