Called up for the French team for the first time, Warren Zaire-Emery was treated to the traditional hazing.
As is tradition for new recruits called up by Didier Deschamps, Warren Zaire-Emery had the right to hazing in song. Standing on a chair in front of his teammates and the staff of the French team, the 17-year-old midfielder, bottle in hand, sang the song “O’Kartier c’est la hess” by the group “4Keus”.

After an incredible rise under the colors of PSG, Zaire-Emery was almost logically called up to the France A team, after a brief but notable stint with Thierry Henry’s Bleuets. He could thus become the youngest player to wear the tunic marked with the rooster since 1914 if he were to play the two matches on the Blues program.
As a reminder, Didier Deschamps’ gang will face Gibraltar (November 17) and Greece (November 21), as part of the Euro 2024 qualifiers.
