PSG beat Reims this Saturday in Champagne, with a hat-trick from Mbappé and thanks to an impassable Donnarumma (0-3).

Always delicate, the championship days following the Champions League are never won in advance for PSG. This Saturday in Reims, despite the magnitude of the score (0-3), Paris suffered before making the difference. Thanks mainly to two elements: Kylian Mbappé and Gianluigi Donnarumma.

With more than 40 balls played in the opposing area and no less than 18 shots attempted, the Champenois held their own against their opponents of the day, stumbling six times against a last Italian rampart author of exceptional parades in the same proportions . The only time Donnarumma lost, against Ito, was ruled offside (0-1, 8e).

Paris leader

At the opposite end of the pitch, Mbappé has not experienced such frustration. With a superb off-center volley, the captain of the Blues opened the scoring (3e), scoring two more goals in the second half to shelter his team at the height of the Reims storm (0-2, 59e ; 0-3.82e). A rather happy result in the end which weighs heavily in the balance since PSG officially takes control of the championship with a point ahead of Nice, held in check the day before in Montpellier (0-0). Reims remaining fourth for now.
