Reims – PSG: probable line-ups

This 12th day of Ligue 1 continues with a rather unexpected shock from the top of the table since Stade de Reims, 4th in the standings, hosts the runner-up to OGC Nice, namely the reigning champion, PSG (kick-off, 5 p.m.). A team that is doing quite well for Will Still since in two confrontations the Belgian has never lost (two draws) against the Parisian ogre. In addition to that, the capital club is a little diminished by absences and a fairly relative level of confidence since its new failure in the Champions League against Milan.

PSG is still not sovereign outside, on the European scene but also in France. Beware of the atmosphere of Auguste-Delaune and the organization of Still. The coach should again line up a three-way defense with Diouf in goal. The goalkeeper would be protected by the usual trio: Okumu-Abdelhamid-Agbadou. Foket on the right and De Smet on the left would occupy the roles of pistons. In the axis, the double-pivot would be led by Richardson and Matusiwa.

Absent people in Paris

In the absence of Teddy Teuma, suspended, Munesti could make his return, who will play with a mask after his broken nose. The Zimbabwean would play in support of a duo composed of Ito and Diakité. To respond to this composition, Luis Enrique will do with the men he has on hand. Unsurprisingly, Donnarumma will hold his place in goal. The Italian should be protected by an almost classic defense with Marquinhos and Skriniar in the hinge, Hernandez on the left and Mukiele on the right, since Hakimi is suspended.

In the middle, there is a little uncertainty between Lee and Vitinha. The Portuguese was disappointing at San Siro in C1 and could give way this time to his South Korean teammate. For the other two, there will be no real doubt with the probable tenure of Ugarte and Zaire-Emery, who has just received his first call-up to the French team. Finally in front, Dembélé, Ramos and Mbappé would start. The suspension of Kolo Muani ends the suspense as to the identity of PSG’s number 9 for this match.

Reims: Diouf – Foket, Okumu, Abdelhamid, Agbadou, De Smet – Richardson, Matusiwa, Munetsi – Ito, Diakité.

PSG: Donnarumma – Mukiele, Marquinhos, Skriniar, L. Hernandez – Ugarte, Zaire-Emery – Lee, Dembele, Ramos, Mbappe
