Vikash Dhorasoo harshly criticized French international Randal Kolo Muani, leaving doubts about his starting place at Paris Saint-Germain and the French team.
French striker Randal Kolo Muani (24) has had a sluggish start to the season with Paris Saint-Germain, like his match againstAC Milan (2-1), Tuesday evening in the Champions League.
Replaced in the 60th minute by Gonçalo Ramos, the former Eintracht Frankfurt player, who made an almost minimal contribution to the Parisians’ game, only touched 14 balls during the match. A statistic which suggests that the 2022 world vice-champion – just like his Portuguese counterpart – does not have the shoulders to take on the role of starting center forward for PSG, if we are to believe Vikash Dhorasoo.
“They don’t have a center forward for this level,” judged the former midfielder. Kolo Muani, 14 balls… He makes a goal pass to Mbappé, but it’s too little. He can have two or three chances on crosses, chances that Giroud can put away. He goes in front, but he never makes the right move at the end.
And the Norman added: “When Kolo Muani signed for PSG, we said to ourselves that we had the attack of the French team, remembers Dhorasoo. But maybe the center forward, he’s still at Milan actually. (Olivier) Giroud, he was present in the fight, in the duels, he participated in the first goal, he scored the second…”
