The former Parisian, Mickaël Landreau, is really not a fan of the current PSG goalkeeper, Gianluigi Donnarumma.

Is Mickael Landreau jealous of Gianluigi Donnarumma? Eventually, we might end up thinking so. The former footballer never hesitates to tackle the Italian goalkeeper.

“Donnarumma is not in the top world level”

After having already done so a few weeks ago, Landreau criticized Donnarumma on Sunday evening during the Canal Football Club show. For him, the international azzurro is clearly not one of the best in the world in his position.

“The kicking game is where it stalls with Donnarumma. There is the high and the very high level. He cannot play for one of the five biggest European clubs. Because at home, all the goalkeepers know how to play with their feet.” noted the former international.

During this show, Donnarumma was not the only one to be cut by Landreau. Frédéric Antonetti, although present on the set, was also entitled to a derogatory remark from “Micka”. “Antetti is a great coach, but would I have liked to play with his philosophy”, he blurted. Having a sense of repartee, the Corsican technician immediately gave him his due: “The Rennes – Bastia in Gueugnon, remember? The match we win thanks to your two restart errors.”
