The Team journalist really has a problem with PSG and its players!
Sébastien Tarrago, the journalist from l’Equipe, is known for his outspokenness. The problem is that his observations are often not relevant and sometimes put him in embarrassing situations.
Tarrago does something new
22 years ago, he was slapped leaving Camp des Loges by Nicolas Anelka. Then a young journalist, he tried to greet him but the French star ignored him. Not having agreed to take a beating, Tarrago then called on the player to show politeness and respect. The latter then replied “I don’t like your face”before giving him a slap.

The story is quite well known in the community and it risks repeating itself if Tarrago continues to criticize PSG at all costs and without reason. And that’s what he’s doing right now. Friday evening, he delivered a counter-current reaction to the French champions’ performance against Montpellier, indicating that he was not enjoying watching this team at all this season.
“I’m bored with this PSG. There are players I like, but on individual actions, he blurted. What if I was bored last year too? No, it’s different. Excuse me but on the pitch there was Mbappé, Messi and Neymar. And at the start of the season, he wasn’t boring at all. He was even flamboyant.”
Tarrago no longer works as a reporter for his media outlet. And that’s good for him, because if he were to go to Poissy to cover the news in Paris he might not be welcomed with open arms.
